Which wood did you pick? My Blackwood is very classy but since it's a very dense wood, it heat soaks and can be quite hot in hands. Don't know how look the Cocobolo although. All in all that's will be still an amazing and powerfull vape!

I liked mine but ,imho, it was definitly not a cloud machine and it took me some time to extract all the goodies. It's a different beast than the log vapes I tested. Now I would be able to enjoy it more than I done in the past! And what'a nice looking vape too!

Most of the time, when i got an heating issue it is coming from I forgotten I didn't charged the battery! And rarely it's coming from a not tight enough lid.

Just got the lid door contact issue! That's not the first time but I took the battery out and put it in back....and it was working again! I remenber i got the same issue with my Apollo and manufacturer told me to scrape a bit the door lid to improve contact, check your battery ends are clean...

When I got my beta unit I got the same feeling (except the loose battery!) until I realized it take 8-9 seconds to see the coil to glow! The positive must to be up. Mistvaporizer will help you!

The Prima's pads are better sized and yes, it will works very well that way but I can't compare with the FF2 experience.... edit: I was trying the Prima's pads ...but they don't fit the MVT bowl by an hair.
