@Reliable ShotZ , why don't you try unwinding the outer coil wind, bending and cutting it equal length as the other post. It will act a little different with the temps (you may need to re adjust them) with 1 less wind but at least your unit will work. Just a thought. This may get you by until...

No problem @Reliable ShotZ. Check to see if you may have over tightened the coil post screw. Sounds like one of the legs of the coil broke off. You can check by taking the cooling chamber off, remove the screws that hold the coil in place, then tap the coil posts on a pencil laying on a table...

Does it go below 50% on the battery meter when you take a draw?

@tripwire have you tried other micro USB cables? I find data cables tend to work the best for me for charging. The SV also goes into trickle charge mode when it's around 99% charged. When you take a draw with it hooked up to your tablet how far down does the battery meter go?

@Bandoo I have the new 4 dimple screen. It does not sit flush on the bottom, it sits at an angle from from to back. I also tried the Gpro heat sleeves and got sick of them falling off, that's when I went to the BB method. it works great!
