This is the common temp light issue, clean it and apply the pax lube to the stem on the mouthpiece, it will correct the problem. Email ploom and they'll mail you a couple packets of the lube within a couple days.

I clean mine 1 time a week and it barely needs it then. I use it for 4-5 sessions everyday. Never had a single problem with mine.
