The v2 is limited to 3.4v. I'm not sure but it may have a button time out also. I don't have an Ophos but I think that the skirt is part of the KISS cart itself.

+1 vote for v2.5 No warranty = no deal? IMO Also with the v2.5 there is room to expand if you should decide to buy The Core (A/C+ car adapter) . You would be able to use a Herc SR-74 or a maybe even Bender because it can handle 7.4v with the Core.
