There isn't an issue its just we have found a way to make it better and are replacing all the batteries now instead of waiting and seeing which one fails. We have decided to offer the best from the start that is all.

i have a evic mini as well for testing and it is not all that, in fact i would never recommend it. It can not even drive the ejuice tank it came with in TC mode and its designed for TC mode. It would work for a few puffs and then sputter, with minimal vapor production.

If it has not shipped it will be shipped with the newer batteries. It's not something we can do in house, so we have to wait a few for our manufacturing to get done as all our machines and tools are set up there. Hope it makes sense and all the orders that are delayed because of this will also...

It isn't a defect but more of a precaution, after the initial batch was manufactured we found out that we can make it better and more reliable, and decided to go this route and exchange everyone who has one and replace all the batteries in the current batch.

Once the Odyssey is confirmed to operate and do what its needed for it to do we will go back to the Utopia as I have finalized the design to reduce it in size by about 50%. The reason for this is that the Odyssey in itself just happened to be a testing platform for what i wanted to achieve...
