Triton was ever evolving idea that we have multiple prototypes and this is the latest, if it works out it will be in production. The Universe cartridge started as a doughnut and evolved into a herbal cartridge with cyclone technology then just abandoned because it just didnt work to our specs.

@DieHard we where successful in making one heater at 150watts for 110v, now want to make a few more to have as back up, once we get all of them made ill ship you the new heater for testing. You should be able to run it at 30% which will give you about 40-45 watts total power, heat up time might...

ok i can assure you that the batteries that didnt have a v1.0 on them had a factory defect and contact support as you are entitled to a free replacement and coils for your trouble.

Does your battery have the words v1.0 on the bottom? in either case please contact us at support@w9tech.com and we will get the issue resolved asap.
