Does the Thuya burl unit have a strong smell? I love the look of thuya burl but the 18mm WPA I have that is made of it is almost unusable because of how strong the aroma/flavor is from the wood.

I dont think anyone is using af actually, cause the autofire shutoff time is pretty short. I have been using it exclusively with dna, and it works like a charm. Keeps the temp perfectly steady, i havent gotten close to combustion at all.
