It might just be personal preference but I cannot stand to use my iolite without the tube attached to the mouthpiece. Without it, the hits are so dry and harsh and irritate the hell out of my throat.

Well, it arrived and I'm here at work. Time to go try this thing out really quick on my lunch break. Here are some photos of it.

My optimizer should be here any minute. Now, I just need to figure out what the hell to do with it. The description on GotVape suggests placing it in the filling chamber. I would have though it need to go in the heating chamber?

I just ordered the optimizer and spare mouthpieces. Should have it by mid week.

If you take care of it, it will take care of you. I've had mine since April now and the only issue I've had is broken mouthpieces. I use mine every single day, multiple times a day.

I'll order one tomorrow and test it out. I get adequate hits from my iolite but if this thing can make them bigger, I certainly won;t complain.

Wow. This is very interesting. I'm about due for some new screens and mouthpieces and may need to pick this up as well.

Heat the iolite up before trying to unscrew the mothpiece from the bowl. It should only need to run two cycles before it will unscrew a lot easier.

Looks like they have already reduced the price.

If you were to do this but fill the capsules with straight kief, do you think that would work?

What would the point be if you're not using water then? When I tried hooking mine up to a bong with water, the results were nearly the same as if I would have taken a draw right through the mouthpiece or tube. It sure as hell didn't milk and I couldn't even see any vapor in the bong.

I usually count to 15 seconds in my head while taking a draw.

I get between 10-13 rips out of a decent sized bowl. I could probably get more but it starts tasting burnt at that point so I just dump it and save it.

^ I initially wanted that but it's to damn expensive. I just spent $475 on the Roor. lol. I don;t even see those listed on ebay.

I just bought a new Roor and I'm looking to do the same thing. Right now, I'm torn between running the Extreme Q or Silver Surfer through it. The Vriptech Heat Wand is another option but I don't like that it would only be useful when I use my Roor. I'd like something a little more versatile.
