I have read a lot of this thread. My Vapir Rise is rarely discussed here and I bought it cause I wanted it. So far hasn't let me down. People have dealt with so many Crafty issues which sketches me out. With these few dislikes I've been reading in this thread now I'm getting sketched out...

A loose mouth piece? That doesn't allow vapor to escape does it? It doesn't feel cheap r flimsy does it? Now I'm having second thoughts just like the Crafty that is now on the no list.

I've decided to buy this for Christmas or just after. Depending on how much my credit card can handle. I hope I do not need to mod it at all and get clouds at 190C and that the learning curve is not too far off or harder than my Vapir rise 2.0. Just looking for stock right out the box get vaped...

Look at the elevape smart vaporizer. It has no heat up time. Pure convection. Fully customizable temperatures.

A few pages ago somebody did say you do not need to stir it. You can bump it off your knee if need be. Taking off the lid and stirring is not a requirement as I have read.

Did a full clean on my Rise 2.0. And did a nice bowl of some kush. Definitely feeling good on a Sunday.

$239 is really cheap. At that price I would pick it up haha. The cost of shipping from the seller is hopefully not unreasonable. Hopefully the seller is reputable. Buying these things off eBay of its a random seller has me weary.

Well I'm sold on this over a crafty now. I prefer desktop vapes for minimal draw resistance but do need a portable for when I'm out and about or don't feel like sitting by my desktop lol.

I vape my stuff at 190C. If I'm chilling though and want a true sipping session I'll go from 170 to 190c. Just slowing turning it up 10 degrees each time through the session.

When packing a half bowl do you need to place a screen on top to keep your herb in place? The bowl is reverse with the heating element at the top oppose to the bottom. I'm scared if I only pack a half bowl that it will fall to be bottom and not hear evenly or properly.

I'm using a Vapir Rise 2.0 desktop unit. Tons of parts that need to be cleaned. Usually just soaking and scrubbing though lol.

What you are using it for makes sense. I have never had the plunger lift on me. I think maybe once it happened. But even that I can't say for certain.

My Vapir rise 2.0 isn't too difficult to clean. Just hate the whole waiting process with only one vape. Soaks over night kill me haha

I've never heard of that. I have never had any issues with the stock set up.
