So I made 2 lbs of infused honey. I added 2 teaspoons of light corn syrup per cup of honey (2.7 cups total). I've learned the addition of just 2 teaspoons per cup while gently heating to combine concentrate and lecithin will stop honey from crystalizing down the line.
