Cool. Shouldn't be too hard to find. The Power Nano is a smaller version of the same beast with an internal battery, very compact, worth considering. However (isn't there always one?), going with eVic mods rather than Eleaf ones lets you load some very neat custom software ("myEvic"). Their...

As VD said, it'll get it hot enough to make vapor (you'll need something a bit over 20 Watts), but it's not going to have the automatic temperature control we all enjoy, dare I say 'crave'? Meaning you'll probably want something like 24 Watts and be ready to back off the button when it gets hot...

No, not really. I just didn't want a carb? If I want to 'clear' the WT, pulling the fitting is easier and makes a much more useful vent. OF

If at all in doubt, go with the version with the hole ('carb'). You can always plug the hole with a piece of a toothpick (like I did at first) to defeat it, then (to make it more permanent) replace it with a couple wraps of Teflon tape. Mine still has the tape I put on years ago when I decided...

With you there, clearly superior. Another important feature is the exact shape. Notice the rim is tapered? That is it's a 'conic section' made to exactly match the wall of the pan......very important, that firm contact, for HEAT TRANSFER. Remember, it's running on conduction. And you don't...

Sad to say it's terminal. The tubes are swagged (crimped in place, think 'riveted') which needs special tools. Once the end of the tube that was rolled over and crimped in is forced out it's no doubt damaged past recovery......even if you had the tools needed (which you don't but Mojo does)...

No, so far only broke one playing. I'm about to wade in since I'm on my last loaded plastic syringe. The holes in mine are smaller (thicker walls on the Lure taper part) but hopefully that only means a more skinny ribbon? Perhaps the wax I'm using is enough thinner? Time will tell. Thanks...

    FlowerMate Vapormax V/V5.0/V5.0S/V5 Pro

I think it's safe to use, I use one regularly, and think that's the usual practice. Folks looking for a reason not to own one might think it's a problem.....or an excuse? IMO there is noting to fear in general. What 'evil electronic fumes' are you hiding from? Isn't your computer guilty of...

I wouldn't worry about it. If it seems cool, either unlock, reset, relock or just bump the temperature up some. Don't be afraid to dial it up past 420F or any other 'scary number', remember the actual temperature is less than what you're selecting because of the resistance offset. OF

Did it go up after cleaning by heating it? Depending on how much it changed it might still be OK. I have a 2.5 base that's almost an entire Ohm now, up from about .7 and still does very well indeed. A jump to twice value is fatal for sure, it usually means half the element is burned out, and...

Yep, sure do. PVHES, discussed here 'bouts a fair bit. 200 'hits' searching for "PVHES" on this thread alone, no doubt more on Solo? And they come at a couple of levels (including 'turbo' with the partition punched out). Also WTAs with and without vents. All guys interested should try them...

Funny isn't it, some guys love Air for just that reason (death grip on the stem). "Takes all kinds to make a horse race" as the saying goes? I've found some stems are harder to fit than others. Usually the problem is they are out of round to some extent as well. You can feel it even rolling...

Sorry for not knowing this was 1cc from the photo. I'd be interested in your results there. While the wax sticks a bit on the plastic tube, the plunger sweeps it clean. I bought traditional glass syringes, although they do have some dye on the chamfer on the tip so you can see it on the...

Looks good from here. I'm glad to hear the bigger bore didn't offer too much resistance for your goods.....it sure did here. This is 'a results oriented game', and you've got the results. BTW, the cut off end of a round wood toothpick makes a great 'cork' for these guys. I usually nip the...

Sure, I have one that's almost always loaned out, and another 'loaner' (new model) that is out maybe half the time? Right now, both are in the hands of new users. I have my backup packed up and ready to grab on the way out (I use it a few times a year when visiting friends, nice to know it's...

They might, but it's not recommended. Mechanical fit can be an issue, for example. It's mighty tight in there. Not all 18650s even fit, some that do are too long to allow the cap to be screwed fully down (which can cause contact problems, even damaging the spring loaded pin. And it voids...

Not to worry, LOTS of us do it. The 'trick' is to be sure there's enough cotton around it to soak up any 'leaks' when the concentrate melts. Not fatal if you goof up that way, but it stays tidy if you do. Be very sure you're using pure cotton, many of the blends (even medical grades) have...
