Why wouldn't they copy the packaging and logos to try and pass them off as real? It's not gunna say Fax by floom.

The warranty is their terms and conditions. You agree to them when you make a purchase. They don't need to offer anything. Lots of fakes out there so I fully 100%understand their stance on warranty.

It can be had for 120. As far as "pen style" for herb, that's a no go imo

I would grab a solo, best tasting vapor at your price point, it's portable and has a great track record for being reliable.
