    Consensus of Vaping Terminology

This is precisely what i was talking about. Using what i said, the mflb+aa batteries is a pocket size portable, on the other hand the mflb+pa is an hand held desktop. This is a case where a vape has two different setups. But usually there is not such a difference between setups in the same...

    Consensus of Vaping Terminology

The problem seems to be about differenciating a portable like a mflb or a vapir no2 or a solo, or a desktop like a volcano or a UD. For me there are two main areas: Portable and Desktop. In the Portable we can further differentiate between pocket size and non-pocket size. In the desktop...

Pakalolo, i went to the website but i can't find it anymore.. :S But i have a few studies in pdf, if you want i'll email them to you, including one that sums up most of the info up until now. After some googling, here are some useful links...

    How do you define health?

I think we should make a distinction between joint smokers and cannabis smokers, since it has been documented in several studies that the most harm comes from tobacco. That said, you cannot exclude the byproducts of combustion and the formation of tar and other carcinogenic substances. For...

    Glass Padawan needs help. :D

I think those two paragraphs sums up what we need too know about using glass with a vaporizer for most people. I think i'll go with the Ehle 250ml with a diffused stem and a 14mm gong joint for my first piece, it is sleek, simple, not expensive and gets the job done efectively. :) Thank you...

Beaker vs. Straight Tube: Your preference?

Nosferatu, thanks for your answer. When you say there is not enough water in straight tubes for the vapor to travel, what do you mean exactly? Do you mean that there is not enough water to evaporate and form vapor? Is this somehow connected to the milkier hits people associate with beaker...

Beaker vs. Straight Tube: Your preference?

Oh i see, we have different names for the Muppets, that is why i didn't get the reference. :) Much clever than the lab material reference. heheh. So i gather Iwien is a beaker lover, not the muppet of course. :D

Beaker vs. Straight Tube: Your preference?

Thanks SD-haze, do you prefer the bigger hits on the straight or the milkier ones on a beaker? Iwien, i like that image but i really can't make any conclusion out of it, what was your point?

Thank you so much NycDeisel, the information is starting to order in my head and things are beggining to make much more sense. ;) Before i heard all this words and expressions and when i thought i understood what it meant, turns out i didn't. I am still torn between the Rude Boy and the Ehle...

Beaker vs. Straight Tube: Your preference?

Hello everyone, I am currently choosing my first glass, and like most of you, this question arises! :) From what i read here and in my googling around i can point a few differences between the two, the straight tube offers a quicker pull, and also smoother and less dense. It also tends to...

    VaporGenie

I have a gn0me and i love it but i am still waiting for my portable torch, only have a big one that i use at home. I like the genie too, i have the wood one, because it looks like a regular tobacco pipe and i can use it out in the open and it looks conventional so people don't look twice at me. :D

    The HI

This is important to me, does this mean that i can't use a straight tube or a beaker with an angled downstem conecting to the Hi? It has to be a piece where the bowl+diffuser is upright?

    Anyone else still combust?

I came from a joint smoking habit that was only a smoking habit when the times were tough. I have been vaping regularly for more than a month while still combusting, but in the last 2 weeks the tides have turned. I got the flu and didn't vape or smoke for three days, after that i extended the...

Haha, i wish it was like that, but it is quite allright though. :D Tavira in the summer is a tradition for me, glad you like it here in Portugal! I only went to the Netherlands once, last year, and just Am'dam, but i loved it since it is so different from here. :) I am thinking of a straight...

Cannabis doesn't feel the same anymore..

Why not do both? Do what GreenLeaf said, and start again with some indica and leave the sativas for a while. The THC/CBN ratio in the sativas is usually much higher than in indicas, and vaping does not decrease the ratio like with combusting. And it is the THC that gives you that bad feeling...
