I suppose you are correct. If anything I'll own a piece of vaporizer history. It can go with my much beloved PD. The smell only gets annoying at the higher temps.

Yeah that does make sense because i can touch the bottom of the bamboo and it's not hot. I also thought that the heaviness could be from the big hits it can produce. I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I want to keep it or not. I suppose if the smell isn't an detriment to one's well...

I tried warming up the cloud and trying it again. Only set it to 12 and still noticed the hot melty electronics smell. I am able to see in the bottom of the unit a bit and noticed that some of the wiring is resting directly on the bamboo. I am considering opening up the unit and taking a look...

I never witnessed actual smoke. I'm pretty sure anything that came out was vapor. The smell is very similar though. Edit....The Evo's have started to roll out and actually have their own thread now! So far the talk is very good. You should check it out. I think they are offering some sort of...

I run mine at 12 to 3 o'clock. The smell is pretty potent. I've only had it 3 weeks or so. It's pretty disappointing but what can I do? I don't want to use it really and I don't feel it would be right to try and sell it. Oh well, you live and you learn. Also, I noticed that running it from 2-3...

No. It's definitely not that. Mine isn't new. My experience has been less than stellar. :disgust: I use it inverted in one of my pieces and it's very noticeable. I let it sit off for a week. Came back and it had the same smell when I gave it another go
