Hello Anony Moose, could you post a photo of the mystery disks? It might be helpful to know what they are when you talk to the service so they have a better chance solving the problem. As for getting some kind of recompense, after the fact refunds isn't something I would expect.

When faced with the death of two cash cows (asset forfeiture and federal anti drug funding) many states are going to push back. Best thing to hope for is that the boarder states figure out a way to cover those funding losses that doesn’t get in the way of de facto legalization.
