I bought a maple MFLB in PIU and it came with the new batteries.

It's really easy to clean and maintain, I love mine. You can buy the screens you want and cut them really easily with a nail cutter. I think the shorty would be perfect for your habits.

That 2 batteries came inside the box with the MFLB, it was a regular one (maple I think?). Apart from that the extra 3 packs of 2 batteries I bought where the usual "POWEREX AA1240-AZZA" without the logo in the cover or bottom.

I ordered form PIU, it seems like they are sending the newer MFLB's pack. I didn't know before ordering, in fact the MFLB I ordered for my gf before this one, came with the old batteries.
