Skip the glass jars - they are a gimmick with the Ascent and they don't work very well - you're better off putting the concentrate directly onto the flowers in the Ascent for best performance.

First off, there's an air leak in the vapor path of the Ascent - this may be why you aren't getting dense vapor. Try using the straight 14mm waterpipe adapter as a mouthpiece - you'll produce some wicked clouds at higher temperatures. Your Ascent is working just fine, sending it in will not fix...
