Discontinued Gn0me - lighter based vaporizers

I have been wondering this myself.. All i can think off is that his other projects are more time-consuming and profit appealing. He still set up the website with them so i think he will keep sell and make them. Just not his top priority it seems.

That is pretty much what i said except for the part where you say the original intention of the DV was as a stealth vaporizer.. I think the Solo would eventually win as a home device too, its just that the DV does all that already. If you only can have one, i would get the DV over the Solo...

    Favorite Temperature

I get it, you like the couch lock. But with vapours you get more THC than with smoke, that is a fact. Just keep buying pure indicas and you'll be fine. If you are from the US and can easily get your hands on some good hash, it generally has a lot more couch lock than weed. Dunno how to...

    Favorite Temperature

Mr. Sifter, with combustion you burn 30% of compounds present in the cannabis, that is a lot of THC going to waste. And THC is what gives the euphoria, so that plays a part in the difference you felt with the indica. Also, try a slower pull so the temperature is higher and you get more CBN/CBDs.

That last sentence sums it up for me when it comes to combusting. ahahah. :D

Which vaporizer should I buy? (Beginning vaper)

Egzoset, there are two gn0me models, one GonG and the classic just slides one tube inside the other without Gong connection. There is also a stem with a gong end to pair with a bong, that is made for the gong model. Although all this is possible with the gong model, the Gn0me classic can be...

It is an honest mistake man, don't dwell on it. ;) I actually think it is quite fair to compare them.. there aren't much portables like the Solo except the NO2, a few chinese copycats and the iolites which have different MOs (butane powered, single temp). I think the DaVinci without being...

    Athlete Vaporists?

Thanks VH, been running every morning for the past week! Yesterday i started Tabata sprints but i am still struggling to maintain my energy for the entire 4 minutes of the set. Combustion still hindering my progress but i'll get where i want. I wanted to try BJJ and Kettlebells but the money...

Yet another all glass path question

I'm not saying it does not have its downsides. But considering the upsides, and the price tag, they are easily forgetable. The learning curve should not be an issue when buying a vaporizer.. unless it is really hard to get it right, or the vaporizer is intended mostly for a party where there...

Yet another all glass path question

Weedemon, it takes like 30 seconds for it to be okay to put in the cover, sometimes i speed it up by blowing air into it. I agree that the bits of material are annoying, but not that much and you can always screen it. I did it once but i don't anymore, it is just easier this way.

    Discontinued Pax Vaporizer by Ploom

If you want a vaporizer that can do both outside and inside vaping, the DV is a better option IMO. If you care mainly about the stealth issue and already have options to keep you happy at home, the PAX would fill that role better.

Yet another all glass path question

I'll be thorough then: torch lighter. What i mean is that you can get a torch the size of a wine bottle with a big flame and a removable top, or you can get a smaller kitchen torch which is much more pratical and the flame is easy to manage and regulate. If it is still to big for you, you can...

    How to hit a bong?

ahah, me too! I have yet to try the tips you guys gave me, i think tomorrow i will have the time to do it quietly. :D

Which vaporizer should I buy? (Beginning vaper)

Dragoness, seems you will be mostly using it at home and keep combusting on the outside, am i right? I think the gn0me is a good option for you, can't get much cheaper than that and it is one of my favorite vapes, amazing flavour and nice cloudy hits. You just have to beware of the hot glass...

Yet another all glass path question

If you have the funds and want to wait a long time, get the Cloud. If not, get the VHW. No matter what you do, get the Gn0me. For less that 50USD for the GonG Version aka "Cone" or less than 30USD for the Gn0me Classic, it can't be beat! And get a glass piece to use with the vhw and/or...

I'm with Stu, it is a bit uneven, some of it is mostly spent and other bits are still green. Maybe a finer grind will help?

Discontinued Gn0me - lighter based vaporizers

I don't have the gong as i said but what i read was that the slide, due to a less thick glass is a bit more sensible to temp variation than its counterpart but still, i think that you will easily manage it and enjoy it. There is no way around that. :D

Discontinued Gn0me - lighter based vaporizers

Stu, i really don't get why you dont dig the classic.. I don't have the gong to compare so i leave that to you ;) but i must say that i find the classic very easy to use, i hardly ever combust and get the most tastiest clouds of all my vaporizers. I don't have one bad thing to say about it...
