If the herb (half load) in the Pot moves a little, it is not of serious consequence, as this is convection, and acceptable. The Pot, due to shape/build of the TB is mostly sitting facing upwards anyway.

Funny I never thought of it as a sports analogy... I was thinking of Corporate analogy with "an all star team".. but I do get the sports idea now!

I've used "mill" type grinders. I have never been a fan of the "shaved" texture. I like a "grind".

I don't either. I fill my work pile on my cookie can lid 4-5 times a day. The meds never stay there for over an hour... under the folded business card. They get used fast. I am OCD also, when it comes to my meds. That is why I like the grinder to have a dead flat bottom... no room for anything...
