Do not boil the actual switch. You don't want to get any debris inside it. The part that pulls out the bottom. You do not need to take off the Delrin sleeve....? The middle main piece has been changed since that video and there is no reason to take it off unless it got mis-aligned somehow but...

If neither element is on you should be fine. A single element is a different story, but still might be OK..? That switch can be finicky but seems to settle in. Watch that video posted above for sure and note the newer units as OF said have a slightly different centre part but not to worry. I...

Something quick to try without taking anything apart. Un-screw the battery compartment a couple turns. Side the slider up hard to make contact and while holding it tight, tighten the battery compartment back. Should feel the slider fighting you while screwing back on. If switch is slightly...

Post What Vaporizer(s) You Currently Use And Why.

I thought I'd start this post so perks can see what's been used and why. Also, post any relevant links to the equipment. Myself, I have the links in my signature for the most part. I currently have 3 different devices which are all great and have there uses in different situations. I have 2...

LOL, that's what I have in the mail to myself. Best price for 10 out there. You will initially need the charger in the link OF sent. Not a bad idea to order the 16 and put 10 away until your trained. You will need them down the road. I have a friend who ordered a T1 and asked him what he...

:o Do you want those lips medium or well done. I think sleeveless is possible with the thick medical tubing as that is what I use on my DIY Bulli and it gets as hot as the EVO. Can still touch it for brief amount of time. I'm also starting to think if there is really any benefit?? I initially...

Your welcome from all of us. The more input the better. IMO. No body should be shy and if they have related experiences, then by all means jump on in. That's what it's all about. More of a family here and now that your on board drop by time to time and share your wisdom. Cheers, Pipes

Let's take a step back. Are you sure you got a LV version EVO? LV stamped on the bottom? No stamp mains HV and will not get hot enough. Maybe a miss labelled unit? Check the ohms with a meter if possible. If a little over 2 ohms its a HV. I'm not sure what a LV unit would measure but likely a...

Do you only have 1 set of batteries? If so, I'd start wondering about them. Also, have you been waiting for them to cool before charging? I ruined many batteries due to frustration on the T1 before I got the knack...

I remember that post as well. I tried the UFO from the supplied hood in a non-TV Delrin drip tip and when I took it out after while it was still hot, the UFO was melting the hole out. I think the TV MPs are better but that is a hot spot for sure. Never tried a standart Delrin TV MP. ...yet...

I think there are 2 things your been shy about. 1/Fill that sucker and then some. Can pack as far as it doesn't restrict the air flow. I'm starting to find you can get much more in then originally believed. But works good as long as at least full. The more the merrier IMO. Lesser loads pull up...

That unit in the picture is "The Bolt" and is for 3.7 volt. $45 not bad. Found this simple looking unit that is good for 3.7, 6 or 7.4 volt batteries. Uses a standard horn switch which are generally good. And $50, not fancy but very practical. Here: Acrylic Tube Mod Pipes

I initially had trouble with the O ring and found the twist worked OK but still slipped down once in a while. Put a drop of VG on my finger and ran it around the ring. Wiped off and have never had it slip down since. (I bet normal vegetable oil would work too) Would hate to loose it as I would...

The slippery thumb thing is my only peeve about the TV myself. Been using sticky pads and no longer think much about it. The Bulli is a E-Cig product that I saw some other uses for. You can hover over it in my signature and it should take you to a series of posts I did in a different...

Please increase the font, some of us old folk have a hard time. I have a Knight Rider which is much like a Lava Tube if not identical. It will not work on the 6 Volt EVO as it cuts down to 3 volts under heavy load. (a safety feature). Never tried the LV but suspect problems. It will work on REV...

I was actually pre-coiling it all the time by squeezing it tight in a loop before inserting. Now it has taken on a natural curl and needs less fiddling. Yes it does. Still gets warm from the T1 end but no battery heat. Pipes
