Take the coil and cap only and put it in a zip lock bag with some iso alcohol , shake till clean rinse ,, let dry and use it again. If that does not work get a new coil as it is most likely going bad.

The Hydra tube can move as it is not fixed to the joint when you put it on, if your bamboo is actually moving that is not normal. You can try slightly twisting by hand , if it moves , send it in for warranty.
