Never tried with anything this small or delicate, but in larger applications, I’ve had luck just using the next size up screw in the same hole. Making a filler seems more elegant.

What would be amazing is if you had a vape that had, say, 3 chambers arrayed around a center axis so that instead of constantly reloading, you could just spin a fresh chamber in, revolver-style. It would be like perfecting the wheel. 😉
