I think a full evaporation is enough with ethanol, I wouldn't worry too much about a fraction of 1 percent... although if you add some soft heat you can evap most of the residual ethanol.

not an issue if you use them with a mod box with low wattage or temp control, and most pen vapes comes with a multi setting battery now. V4 by Divine Tribe is a winner imho!
