Well I don't know as I said, only could think it was that. Maybe the silicon solder does not conduct(I mean if the wires are connected then the solder used should not necessarily conduct itself)? Maybe someone else can chip in that knows how this solder should look like

from vaporpedia: The circuit board uses a high temperature silicone solder as opposed to metal based solders. I can only guess what you are seeing is the silicone solder...

PV has them custom made. I ordered one from them and had it here in Europe in less then 10days...Would off course be great if vaposhop would be able to offer them in Europe, but the way I unerstand it the GonG adapters are custom made by PV themselves...
