I never vape before a run. For me, especially at my age, I feel that it's super important to be really in tune with my body when I'm running and while one can say that cannabis can help focus that attention, for me, it can also cloud it, which is exactly what I don't want to do.

Thanks mom, but there are also other members who were active in that thread who are just as qualified to give this person some really good feedback. Why he/she feels that that thread is not where this question could be viably discussed is beyond me.
