I would go with an ondemand convection. Had some variety to the line up.

Do not put your finger over the vent hole. It is not a carb. You must hold the button down for your entire draw of 10 seconds. You may not be doing it correctly. I get great vapor at 395 and was getting great hits at 350 as well.
