Does the previous owner get it directly from Ghost? I would think if it's registered you good to go for an RMA either way. I'd use the website chat and they should be able to set you up.

Warranty is non-transferable from what I remember so unless the previous owner didn't register (in which case you can register but if it's past 90 days I don't believe it's a 5 year warranty only a 2/3 year) or they are willing to do the RMA for you then you're probably out of luck unfortunately.
