I wash the just the glass and leave the empty casing open to air out overnight. They will always smell if you put your nose on them as nothing is orderless, IMO, if you have a good sniffer. I put my nose on the old ones when joe made his post and I can definitely smell them but it is not...

Wow joe you must have a good sniffer. I just started airing mine out cause they just came but haven't washed the jyarz yet. My old ones have a smell but nothing offensive. I mean everything has a smell.
