He was speaking from personal experience. It still doesn't say ALL COPS ARE RACISTS. Also, race plays a factor for sure. Stop and Frisk and drug arrests are all tilted toward the minority yet whites use drugs just as much as minorities.

To me personally, based on both accounts, the force was excessive. This is just my feeling. Also, my feeling is that the cop will not face any jail time. AGAIN, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.

I'm pretty sure the ME said that the shots were fired from a distance. It would be interesting to know how far the officer and Brown were away from each other. Also, the cop could have easily hit innocent bystanders. If he was in such a rush and had no time, I'm sure he would have time to...
