I tested the pot that I pressed and it showed zero THC. So, I think it might be from the press. I'll run the tests again........ EDIT: I suppose it will also depend on the temp and time you press. I press at about 240F for 10 to 15 seconds. Maybe 20.

I just finished pressing some rosin so I took a tiny, almost immeasurable amount of rosin and ran the Duquenois test on it and it's purple as fuck.. So... yes, the pressing definitely decarbs to some extent.

I never second press. All my chips go into edibles. And, they seem to make the best edibles compared to using rosin or regular pot. Something about the chips being heated once already that seems to make awesome butter.

I use a glass swizzle stick that's not too different than that. I also have one of those but I find the flat ball on the swizzle stick works a little better than the point on that piece. Both work fine.
