Did you try to heat it all the way to max? After that if the picker doesn't work take a tweezer stick it in the can and open the tweezer wide to give it force to pull it up. Maybe that will work.

Turn the unit on till HOT and then you should be able to get it out with the picker or something similar. It is glued by resin on the side walls.

Tweek is Canada like here legal in some places not in others? Is the same hold true for growing as well? Some states you can grow and some you can't, some are legal some aren't.
