Funny I thought the same thing! I got my inhalater first and then got the pax. After being VERY pleased with it, it is a hard act to follow. I can say that cleaning the Pax vs the Inhalater is no question in my mind that the Inhalater is easier to clean and maintain. Just a lil solvent on q-tip...
