    I really don't know all of the woods that you already used, and I won't be buying my next vape until next year but, fwiw: Monkeypod, afzelia, thuya, zebrano, good old poplar burl, ovengkol (aka shedua), wenge, pale moon ebony (very expensive IIRC) and a boring favorite of mine: hollywood.

    AFAIK, plenty of exotic woods can have a similar feature. Cocobolo, rosewood, bubinga and even ebony can have similar contrasts.

    FWIW, there are plenty of fancy tea ware that comes with (controlled) crazing by default because of how it looks. Pretty 100% sure it's food grade.

    How's the air flow on the XL with the fixed screen stem? I have a Solo 2 and I'm interested in the XL as it seems to be similar to the Solo 2 except better in every way, but the one thing that matters the most to me right now is air flow. How is it?
