Quomist, if you notice, the Cloud is actually thinner on one side exactly for these situations. I can't guarantee it will work on all stemless tubes, but it should work on almost all of them unless the joint is so close to the tube where there is very little room for anything other than the slide.

@jasonjohnson - as far as efficiency goes, the VapeXhale Cloud should be on par with the other bigger hitters. Efficiency is a very hard thing to quantify when it comes to vaporization but rest assured, you can be making clouds with lower as well as higher amounts. Official release date - TBD...
