For sure top it up as running at the bottom is not good for the batteries. If the unit is flashing green, the indicators should should up after a while. If it's below the scale of indicators, this might take some time. Leave on charge as much as time permits but leave on over night tonight to...

It looks like the Solo is completely dead. Does it not go to charge mode with supply without the step down? Or the OEM charger? Should flash green while charging and show battery level then as well. EDIT: I should add that this is uncharted waters as far as a Solo working with battery...

Make sure all connections are tight. Back them off a tade and then tighten. Including the connection just under the ON button that is hard to see. Also click the bottom button a couple times. Good luck.
