@little maggie, I agree with @YungLeaner. It definitely sounds like yours is defective. Mine never comes close to combusting even at 430°F. I can get good vapor even at 330°, and at 375° the clouds are very dense. I'm sure if you contact them the good people at Boundless will take care of you.
