@marduk I'm guessing something similar to that. Take a look at this SF: Even with the batteries out, there is play between the TV and the Rev. Looks like there is a hood-type piece at the bottom of SF's Rev(although blur makes it difficult to be sure) that's missing on mine.

Be sure to purge completely(press fill nozzle with a piece of metal), fill with high grade, 5x filtered butane, purge again, fill again. I'd try this a couple of times. If this doesn't help, get ahold of Iolite.

Cool Kertong. I do the same, but on the mouthpiece so I can read them in the jar and heating the cart isn't an issue. But I store mine with the mouthpieces on and throw the white caps out.
