I don't think expecting your 300 dollar vape (more if you bought it a while back) to last 2 straight years is too much to ask of a manufacture. If they got locked into a perpetual replacement program they should manufacture a longer lasting product.

Davinci's awful customer service was the only reason I sold my IQ. It's a great vape sold by an (imo) incompetent company.

Looks like the top cap has gotten thicker. That's good because the first one was hard to screw off sometimes.
