Unfortunately from what I read here those units were pretty much all bad. Most heat up in 30 seconds or less to 7. So I believe most had to send theirs in for replacements. You have contacted arizer so just sit back and wait.

I used to use my old ticker at 10am or so on the dial and I had one of the clouds that had the rouge software. I never wanted to be without it so I never sent it in lol. Plus I liked that I could use the whole range of temps if I wanted.
