Yes coating has come off on some heatsink but Ghost will take care of you if it does.....IME low exposure to iso and being careful with parts extends life of coating....if you truly like look then go for it....hope it helps....

Funny you should bring that up....IME I believe.this is.true....has happened to me and I can replicate easily.... IMO I think when you insert a battery, the unit believes its firing up a cold unit and to get heater to vaping temps, the initial heatup is more.hotter than secondary hit , and so...

I have 12 batteries and am currently testing to see if that has been part of my problems....I will say about the app IME I was constantly changing temps through the day and would start to have issues where machine was hotter than temp selected, or just plain hotter and seriously wonder if app is...
