    The Herbalizer

If you have some cotton or degummed hemp fibre I would use that. very sparingly on the E juice and NO essential oils as they can be poisonous when inhaled in large quantities. In weed it's such a small amount you're just getting a taste of the terpenes. Terpenes like Limonene and Pinene are used...

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I forgot to mention I've still got the Arizer stems cooking, just need to clear my bench of the current vapcap blanks.

Here's the first of the steel core stems and bodies. They're just blanks right now and ready for shaping. If you want one of these in a custom shape let me know. This is an 18mm steel core vong stem I will post on my Etsy soon. The fitment is perfect on this one.

    Dynavap VapCap

I add a fairly significant chamfer to my carb holes when I drill them so that they are easy to find. I had a hard time finding the carbhole on my original stem from Dynavap and ended up making my own carbless vapcap, which lead me to where I am now.

Drawings are my language, I'm a certified drafting technician. But you'll usually find me scribbling on anything I can find with a cheap ball point because I need to get my thoughts into a drawing. I'm thinking I could do what you're thinking. Dyeing the cork should be easy, I just need to find...

That would be interesting for sure. I'm not sure about the long term durability of the cork though, as it would eventually wear down between the brass.

How stubby are you looking for? Minimal size piece for 14mm? If you can give me a minimum amount of wood you want sticking out of the glass joint I can make it.

The previous pieces I made are Stems which are longer than the Bodies that are required for the Vapcaps with mouth pieces and the Omni. Stems are 62mm Bodies are 45mm Since I'm stainless lining these pieces you don't need a condenser if you want to go without one. Will do, Thanks!

So much for showing a pic when it's roughed out! It's practically done. I'm so happy with the 10x1mm SS tubing. It is going to make my life so much easier. This is the custom Omni body for @scalescliffs

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I'm hoping nothing has happened to it, USPS has been slow for me all this week on moving mail. I just picked up a 10 mm drill bit so I can get the stem drilled out. The stainless tubing arrived so I'm having fun experimenting with it. It's certainly sturdy stuff with a 1mm wall to it, I'll...

    Dynavap VapCap

Ultimately the resistance of the piece when the carb closed is down to the fitment of the cap and tip. The tight fit limits the air flow. With the carb open the resistance is only limited to the size of the carb hole. So No, you're not getting more air flow out of the Omni, but the Omni can...

    Arizer Solo

I'm well aware that they have longer stems already. I just wanted to make some nice mouth pieces for these vapes. The added length on the mouth piece was designed to mimic the longer stems. For your second concern I will not be selling the glass parts that go into vapes. The wood piece will...

    Arizer Solo

Can anyone with a Solo and an Air tell me if the threaded mouth pieces can be swapped between the different stem pieces? Are the threads the same for the solo and air mouth piece? If so I'm beginning to make wooden stems that will thread on to the glass with stainless steel liners. My prototype...

Here's the first prototype for the threaded Arizer stems. I couldn't help myself, I had to do some more turning tonight.

    Dynavap VapCap

Your cap could be slightly Ovate or oval shaped meaning it's gripping onto the cap harder than it should be. Try putting your cap on your tip and looking at the spots where it's furthest from the wall of the tip. Put your fingers on those high points, remove it from the tip and flex the cap...

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I should probably explain my aversion to glass inside of wood a bit more as it might seem like I don't like it. The opposite is true, I love glass especially borosilicate glass. It's the gold standard for chemical resistance, flavour, neutrality, ease of cleaning, and is Chemist backed and...

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I've got great news for those looking for threaded Arizer Air mouth pieces. I found a matching tap and drill bit that will work for the stems and will have a prototype ready around noon tomorrow morning. They should screw onto the threaded mouth pieces with no issue and will be stainless steel...

    Dynavap VapCap

Carbon fibre is roughly as strong as high strength steel per volume but has more flex. It's probably sits between a Cocobolo Vong and the Titanium which is practically indestructible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Stems breaking and delamination is a worry for me so I'm...

    Dynavap VapCap

Yes, you only need one tip, cap and omni condenser, you can buy additional bodies later on and swap the internals. If you want you can have me or @phattpiggie turn you a custom body in a wide selection of styles and materials.

    Dynavap VapCap

The tips are the same for all of the Vapcaps so flavour and vapour production should be the same. The Omni is about adjusting airflow and diffusing the vapour for a more comfortable experience. The Standard Ti tip and condenser is already very smooth but you have to feather the carb. The Omni...
