Did you try calling them? Or calling the supplier if you did not buy directly from them...seems like a faster way then mailing...:2c:

solid one, so for plant material, is a normal screen, with or without a metal ring arround it. The ones with the metal ring work really well with the new silicone tips because they have a rim where you can slide it under, look back in this thread, al is explained and shown in detail with pictures.

Hey, what do you mean with solid filter? you should have little meshed cups, like cups made of screens. You can either load your material in there, r load it straigth up the tube of the vaporizer. Then you would need to insert a screen with a metal surrounding in the silicone sealing...
