2 o-rings in fixed glands on the ID of the stem toward the mouthpiece end. The longer XL condenser is easy to move past these o-rings but will stay put. This way the clearance between the tube and the stem can be minimal. The tool I got is a triangle flag. It'll make an acceptable gland.

That XL condenser is 17mm of differential pressure between the barrel of the tip and the OD of the condenser. I could back that off 2-5mm and still be effective. Yes, this was the fixed version. I got a nice 4mm boring bar today. I plan to bury an o-ring in the stem to make the condenser...

Crap, the '20 tip cracked it with a rolled o-ring. This is getting old. I need to melt that POS down! I like this shape. Real easy to find the .104" diameter air port. I hammered the condenser into the body after a drilled it 5mm. That didn't crack it. I turned the finished shape on...

I'm working on a Woody-PMO. I just set the XL condenser and it looks sharp. Drilled the air port and kept it the classic 62mm length. Now to give it a shape. That's tough for such a short stem.

The Fluxer is probably right about the same size. Looking forward to seeing them side by side.

I equate 1000mah at 11v to about a gram of bud. I've been tracking this for a couple of weeks now and it is fairly consistent on an all-around basis. 90 minues at 10 watts - 5V 2A. It self-protects from the higher voltage chargers. 1000mah at 11.1V is 11.1 watts. Very doable. LiPo...

@Planck - I really do appreciate all your insights into things 'wood'. The woody material is very fine fiber. I can turn the top layer and it comes of as a mat while chips are flying out from in between, so to speak. It also doesn't stick to everything. The dust is not statically charged...
