Here's my set-up, once again I was lucky to get the ssv type HC before 7th Floor wised up and quit making them for Da Buddha. (Thanks Daddygreenjeans and Darth_Vapor!!) The pick holder is just a neodynium magnet hot glued to the side. Works GREAT! I made the wand holder myself on a Bridgeport...

Nicely stated. I couldn't agree more. And I still use the mini whip for groups. I like having a fresh wand more often. I think the 2nd or 3rd hit from a wandfull is the tastiest, so everybody gets to have a freshy!!!!

Wow, watched the vid and can't believe I didn't actually vape to make it! But here is the part of this thread where I was turned on to the mini whip. http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?pid=71039#p71039

I agree, mini whip is the way to go. Too bad they're back ordered, I only have the one. I got an email saying they'd be in stock "early next year" on Dec. 16th. FLskwat, do you have the ssv type HC? If not I recommend trying to get one made if you know a glass blower, friggin' 7th floor won't...

Wow, first time I've seen the arizer dome screen. Looks awesome but I'm still happy w/ my mini whip and ssv type hc cover for the DBV. Sad they don't make the custom HC's anymore. I refrained from commenting on the 15 hit post, but I can see it. I probably average 12 hits on a mini whip.

Ok, check this out. If you want precision temperature setting benchmarks the Kill-a-Watt works great! I thought about getting an infrared thermometer but what a pain to have to point and shoot! I plugged Da Buddha into the Kill-a-Watt and my normal setting reads 18 watts. Just turning the knob a...

Bump this thread if you're VAPED now!

Just discovered this. I can't take my B-day off from work because it's on Sunday, so I'm taking today(Friday) off instead! Been vaping for 5 hours on Da Buddha (with a mini-whip and an SSV HC), gotta get some sleep.... Look what I got for Christmas!!!

sunsett70, I have cleaned out the tube on my mini whip. I used a string with a small piece of rag (soaked in iso) tied to it and used a straightened coat hanger to pull it through, then did the same with a wet piece of rag then a dry rag.. It won't get all the taste out but it helps.

Yeah sunset, I think you're on the verge of combustion. My guess is that you're pulling too hard and that's why it's not combusting when cranked up to full.. With the big airflow on the DBV's system the temperature depends a lot on your draw. Nice narrative on your first usages, glad you and...

    Best of Da Buddha thread

Wow, that really sucks. My original idea was to have a glassblower make me an HC but then 7th Floor made one for daddygreenjeans so I just ordered one from them. If you know any glassblowers maybe they can hook you up. The mini-whips are out of stock at Vapor Bros., but I got an email saying...

Thanks for the support... have you tried vaping through a waterpipe yet???? It's not too hard to figure a way to get the hose to fit... @sunsett70, I think you'll find that your screen lasts quite a long time. And I'm not sure but I think that the screen in Da Buddha wand is thicker and not as...

On this page daddygreenjeans extols the benefits of the ssv type hc with the mini whip http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=201&p=31. Enjoy your DBV as is, I just prefer the non hands free because I usually vape alone and I had trouble with the herb browning when I left the hands free...

Yes, the usd15 standard. Just tell them in the comments box that it's for the DBV. I got mine in a week. With the non hands free you can rest your thumb on top of the DBV while vaping to ensure a good connection. Try that with the SSV!! :-P Updated link to the HC...

It's like the SSV so it's not hands-free. With that and the mini whip you can vape smaller loads and it's easier to stir between hits. I just think you have more control this way. Pic of my set up with my custom whip rack attached: http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?pid=79486#p79486

    The Magic-Flight Box

If the MFLB was my only vape I'd definitely want an ac adapter. Mainly because it works best with a fresh battery and the adapter would be like having a fresh battery all the time. As it stands I have 4 batteries so 2 can be fully charged at all times. I only use the MFLB away from home except...
