Has anyone ever tried to use a plug on the bottom of the bamboo and let a solution of PBW or iso soak in the bamboo? My cloud has a slight burning smell at the top all the time so I want to do a better clean of the bamboo. I've run iso through the middle and it helps but I can see residue in there.

Do you have to refrigerate the new concentrate like you have to with the old stuff? My fridge is downstairs so I always found that inconvenient.
