You have to let it sit on the charger for about 30 minutes if you want to use it when its completely dead. Dead XP > plug in for 30 minutes > THEN you can enjoy while charging. I typically get 8 sessions, all on HIGH until my ABV is black like.

Thats just the safety pin, you don't need it unless you travel and want to keep your cera from turning on.. I havent touched it since I took it off the Cera.
