@biohacker the lost dogs also come with a mk1 heater, the newer ones are the mk2, which is pretty much every dog but the lost dogs. Fwiw.

I just feel it hits better. If you wanna give it a go, use a metal stem if you got one. You could try it with wood to see if you like it, but it's a easy clean up. I've used this technique on many wooden stems for various other vaporizers and it works just as good with a vapcap stem. High proof...
