Just makes sense to me! I turn it on see it turn green and few seconds later it turns red than goes back to green after 30 seconds or so of doing the red/green dance. If I turn the temp up just barley when it goes from red to green the first time it turns from red to green and stays green.

Mine does it too. On heat up it over shoots the temp by just a notch. When you see it go from green to red turn up the temp just slightly and you will see it turns green and stays there.

I only used the stock screen once I didn't even think about that!

It like half the draw resistance of the solo which I don't find bad and I love the free flowing vapes! I don't feel like I'm going to suck my ear drums in when using it! Edit: I use the elb cap as a screen ymmv with the stock mp screen system.
