Honesty a hardware store will probably be your best bet... I think you have to make sure you get high temp o-rings. Haven't seen any authorized dealer on parts...or something like uline.

I'm guessing the only way to minimize stirring is with shorter pulses on the heater with controlled breath as to not pull so much hot air through a highly focused pinhole. Just a guess though

Normally I would go 410, but I was playing with the temp buttons to make sure the shutoff didn't kick in Also anytime I load my mighty hot and try to start drawing instantly, it doesn't do much until the whole oven gets warm...just my experience though.

So I just got my doughnut today! Digging it so far, works well on my device...quick question, I have it on 11w and 550°f and it doesn't get red or glow at all...is this expected? Also if it should get a little hotter, how high should I be going?
