Ok I finally can see them. It's cobra and scorpion whiskey from SE Asia(Thailand?) called Lao-Lao. I guess it is an acquired taste. I have never had it but I have heard it described as fishy, hot taste, almost like drinking peanut oil and alcohol with notes of ginseng. Did I win :-)

I just found it weird it seemed to happen so quickly. This was from a cold first start of the morning. But I'm betting it was the very dry ABV just sitting in the elb that was to blame.
